The purpose of this policy is to state the expected code of conduct for players for the Hayfield Ice Hockey Club.
Background
The bylaws permit the board of directors to suspend or expel any player for violations of the code of conduct or for any conduct detrimental to the well being of Hayfield Ice Hockey Club. Any action will be the result of a two-thirds vote of the board of directors at a special hearing called for that purpose. There will be no refund of fees.

Play for FUN!
Work hard to improve your skills.
Be a team player — get along with your teammates.
Learn teamwork, sportsmanship and discipline.
Be on time for practices and games.
Learn the rules and play by them. Always be a good sport.
Respect your coaches, your teammates, your parents, your opponents and the officials.
Never argue with an official's decision
Players are expected to follow all Fairfax County Public School rules and regulations as applied to extracurricular activities.
